Federal Agency Pilot Termination and Review Act - Declares the purpose of this Act to establish a pilot demonstration program of termination and review to cover all Federal agencies.
Terminates by October 1, 1979, the Civil Aeronautics Board, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Terminates by October 1, 1980, the Federal Energy Administration, the Interstate Commerce Commission, and the Federal Maritime Commission. Allows Congress to reestablish such agencies for up to six years after it has conducted public hearings to evaluate each such agency.
Requires the Attorney General to assume the responsibilities of any such terminated agency in all matters then pending before any such agency or in any court of any State or of the United States to which such agency was a party.
