Motor Fuel Franchise Protection Act - Prohibits refiners or distributors of motor fuels from terminating, cancelling, or failing to renew franchises without prior written notification in accordance with specified criteria. Exempts trial franchises for an intial term of not more than one year from provisions relating to failure to renew a franchise.
Permits retailers or distributors to maintain a civil action against franchisors who fail to comply with the requirements of this Act.
