Makes it a crime to willfully injure or attempt to injure broadcasters and newspaper or periodical reporters for reasons connected with their work. Subjects violators to a fine of not more than $100,000, imprisonment for not more than 50 years, or both. Stipulates that such violators, if their actions result in death, shall be subject to imprisonment for any term of years or life.
Directs the Federal Bureau of Investigation to investigate violations of this Act. (Adds 18 U.S.C. 246)
