A bill to direct the Foreign Agricultural Service of the Department of Agriculture to study the effects of palm oil imports upon domestic processors of vegetable oils and to study methods of regulating the importation of palm oils in order to provide additional protection to domestic producers of agricultural commodities.

Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to study the effects of palm oil imports upon domestic processors of vegetable oils and to study methods of regulating the importation of palm oils in order to protect domestic producers of agricultural commodities, and to assure an ample supply of palm oil for domestic processors and consumers.
