Palm Oil and Palm Oil Products Inspection and Identification Act - Prohibits the importation of palm oil and palm oil products unless the Secretary of Agriculture certifies that such products are pure and wholesome and meet sanitation standards. Authorizes the Secretary to establish such standards, and to inspect such imports. Requires that such imports meet the packaging and labeling requirements in effect in the United States and specify the country of origin.
Makes all palm oil in the United States subject to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Sets forth labeling requirements for palm oil in the United States
Imposes a fine of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment of not more than one year, or both, for violation of this Act. Increases such penalties to a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment for not more than three years, or both, when such violation includes an intent to defraud.
