A bill to amend section 8(b) of the Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act with respect to the election of county and local committees.

Amends the Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act to revise the methods of selecting and electing the county and local committees utilized by the Secretary of Agriculture in carrying out soil conservation programs under such Act.
