A bill to amend section 813 of the Agricultural Act of 1970 for the purpose of providing the Secretary of Agriculture to acquire agricultural commodities for the disaster reserve created by such section.

Amends the Agricultural Act of 1970 to authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to purchase additional wheat, feed grains, and soybeans for the reserve inventories created under such Act for use in alleviating distress caused by a natural disaster if the reserve inventory of such commodities is less than $10,000,000 bushels. Prohibits the Secretary from acquiring such commodities through the price support program.
