Authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Navy to conduct programs of exploration for oil and gas on Naval Petroleum Reserve Numbered 4, in the State of Alaska. Directs the Secretary of the Navy to make annual reports to the Congress regarding results and findings under this Act.
Authorizes the appropriation of sums to carry out this Act.
