Makes it illegal to falsely represent that an agricultural product in interstate commerce has been officially inspected or graded as being of a particular class, grade, quality, size, quantity or condition.
States that the use by any person of the letters "US" or "USDA", or any class, grade, quality, size, quantity, or condition terms specified in official United States standards effective under the Agricultural Marketing Act in connection with any representation as to inspection, or class, grade, quality, size, quantity, or condition of an agricultural product shall constitute a representation that the product has been officially inspected and passed or graded.
