A bill to afford the people of the United States a sufficient time to vote in Presidential elections.

Provides that each citizen of the United States who is otherwise qualified to vote in any State or political subdivision in any election for President and Vice President shall be afforded on the day designated for such election a period of at least ten hours to vote, and such period shall conclude in each State at 11 o'clock postmeridan, Eastern standard time.
