Provides in addition to the punishment otherwise provided for the commission of a felony that anyone who uses a firearm to commit any felony, or carries a firearm unlawfully during the commission of any felony, the commission of which may be prosecuted in a court of the United States, shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment for not less than two years nor more than ten years.
Allows the United States to appeal a suspended or probationary sentence following a first conviction under this Act.
