A bill to amend section 5042(a)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to permit individuals who are not heads of families to produce wine for personal consumption.

Permits individuals who are heads of families but who are 18 years old or older to produce wine for personal consumption up to 100 gallons per year, or, in the case where two such persons occupy the same household, 200 gallons per year.
