A bill to amend the Freedom of Information Act to exempt naval nuclear propulsion information from disclosure in the absence of a finding that such disclosure will not be inimical to the interests of the United States.

Exempts from public disclosure, under the Freedom of Information Act, naval nuclear propulsion information unless it is determined by the Secretary of Defense and the Administrator of the Energy Research and Development Administration that such release would not be inimical to the interests of the United States.
