A resolution to direct the Committee on Appropriations and the Committee on International Relations to begin immediate studies of the relationship of the United States with the United Nations and to report, within 3 months, to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, recommendations with respect to whether the manner and nature of such relationship should be changed.
