Establishes a select committee in the House of Represenatives to conduct an investigation of the circumstances surrounding the deaths of John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, and Martin Luther King, and the attempted assassination of George Wallace.
Directs the committee to report to the House as soon as practicable during the present Congress the results of its investigations, together with such recommendations as it deems advisable.
