Revises the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to exclude from the definition of the term "individual employed by a public agency" specified State and local employees, and employees of interstate governmental agencies.
Excludes State and local governments from the term "Public agency.
Repeals the provisions of such Act which regulates the hours of fire protection and law enforcement employees of public agencies.
