A bill to extend coverage of the automobile assistance program and the specially adopted housing program to those veterans qualifying for assistance under section 351 of title 38, United States Code.

Extends the coverage of the automobile assistance program and the specially adapted housing program to those disabled veterans whose disability is the result of an injury incurred or disease contracted or aggravated as the result of hospitalization, medical or surgical treatment, or the pursuit of a course of vocational rehabilitation.
