Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to enter into a cooperative agreement with the Three Affiliated Tribes of the Fort Berthold Reservation for the construction and maintenance within the Fort Berthold Reservation in North Dakota of a memorial containing a plaque donated by the Lewis and Clark Trail Commission.
