White House Conference on the Humanities Act - Directs the President to call a White House Conference on the Humanities. Establishes a Presidentially appointed National Planning Council on the Humanities to conduct the Conference.
Authorizes the Chairman of the Council, with Council approval, to make a grant to each State to defray the cost of State participation in the Conference.
Authorizes appropriations to carry out the purposes of this Act.
