A bill to require that imported meat and meat food products made in whole or in part of imported meat be identified as having been imported; to require that the cost of such identification procedures on imported meat and meat food products be borne by the exporters of such articles, and for other purposes.

Amends the Federal Meat Inspection Act to require that the package or container of any imported meat or meat product capable of use as human food be labeled in such a way as to inform consumers that such product was imported.

Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to prescribe such assessments and fees as he determines necessary to cover the Department's costs under such Act.
