Intermediate Term Agricultural Commercial Export Credit Act - Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture, through the Commodity Credit Corporation, to provide intermediate export loans on terms of from three to ten years in order to develop and expand foreign markets for United States agricultural commodities.
Prohibits any sale involving such intermediate credit unless the Secretary determines that such sale will develop, expand, or maintain a particular country as a long-term foreign market for United States agricultural commodities.
