A bill to provide for a study concerning the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund, including an analysis of the status of such Fund and alternative methods of remedying and preventing any deficit in such Fund.

Provides for a study of the financial status of the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund by the National Commission on Social Security under the Social Security Amendments of 1977. States that such study shall include the causes of, remedies for, and ways to prevent any deficit in such fund.
