A bill to provide for the seizure, forfeiture, and disposition of vehicles used to illegally transport persons into the United States, and for other purposes.

Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to authorize the seizure and forfeiture of vessels, vehicles, and aircraft used to illegally transport aliens into the United States.

Sets forth exceptions to such authority, including a vessel, vehicle, or aircraft used as a common carrier unless the owner or other person in charge was at the time of the alleged illegal act a consenting party or privy thereto.

Provides for such seizure without a warrant if incident to an arrest, or if the Attorney General has probable cause to believe such illegal transport occurred.
