A bill to provide for the continuance of cases in a court of the United States whenever a party or counsel is absent by reason of attendance as a member of the legislature of any State.

Directs Federal judges to continue any case whenever any party thereto or the counsel of any party is absent from court when the case is called if the absence is due to attendance as a member of a State legislature.
