Amends Title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to provide that an individual may become entitled to child's insurance benefits on the basis of disability even though married if his or her spouse is also under a disability. Directs that any individual entitled to such benefits shall not lose his or her entitlement by reason of marriage to another disabled person whether or not such person is also entitled to social security benefits.
