Authorizes and directs the Secretary of Transportation, acting through the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration, to make grants under the Airport and Airway Development Act of 1970 to hospitals nearest air carrier airports for the acquisition of medical equipment and supplies necessary to treat burn victims injured as a result of aircraft accidents.
