A bill making supplemental appropriations for grants to improve museum services under the Museum Services Act, for payments to local governments based upon the amount of certain public lands within the boundaries of such locality.

Makes appropriations for the purpose of administering the provisions of the Museum Services Act and for the purpose of making grants under such Act.

Appropriates funds for the making of payments by the Secretary of the Interior to local governments based upon the amount of public land located within the boundaries of such local government.
