A bill to amend the act of April 17, 1954, which preserved within Manassas National Battlefield Park, Va., important historic properties relating to the battles of Manassas.

Establishes as the boundaries of the Manassas National Battlefield Park, Virginia, the boundaries depicted on the map entitled "Boundary Map, Manassas National Battlefield Park" dated January 1977.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire by donation, purchase, or exchange, lands and interests located within these boundaries, except that property owned by the Commonwealth of Virginia may only be acquired by donation.

Sets forth the rights of owners of improved property within such boundaries.
