Federal Aid Highway Act Amendments - Amends the Federal Aid Highway Act of 1976 to increase and extend the appropriations authorized under such Act for the Federal Aid primary system to $3,350,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1978 through 1990.
Increases the Federal Share for projects financed with primary funds on the Federal aid primary system from 70 percent of its cost to 80 percent, or to 95 percent under specified circumstances. (Amends 23 U.S.C. 109, 120)
