Entitles to a civil service annuity those employees of the Bureau of Indian Affairs or of the Indian Health Service: (1) who complete 25 years of service before December 31, 1989, or who become 50 years of age before December 31, 1989, but complete 20 years of service before that date ; (2) who were employed continuously from June 17, 1974, to the date of separation; and (3) who are not otherwise entitled to full retirement benefits or to an Indian preference.
Sets forth the method of computation of such annuity.
