A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to restore the system of recomputation of retired pay for certain members and former members of the Armed Forces.

Directs that the retired pay of any member or former member of the armed forces who was on active duty or in active status before May 31, 1958, be computed at current active duty rates and be increased to reflect later changes in applicable pay rates due to increases in the Consumer Price Index.
