A bill to amend the Agricultural Adjustment Act as reenacted and amended by the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended.

Levies a variable import duty fee, under the Agricultural Adjustment Act, upon all milk of dairy cattle, or products of such milk, which may be entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption. Requires a monthly adjustment in the variable import duty fee.
