Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States: (1) to extend until June 30, 1981, the suspension of duties on specified forms of zinc; and (2) to permit temporary duty-free imports of soluble nitrocellulose.
Amends the Internal Revenue Code to reduce for one year: (1) the passenger ticket tax for domestic air transportation from eight percent to six percent; (2) the tax for use of international air travel facilities from three dollars to one dollar; and (3) the tax on the transportation of property by air from five percent to three percent.
