A resolution providing for the consideration of the Senate amendments to H.R. 112.

Resolves that the bill H.R. 112 to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to reduce the excise tax on the investment income of private foundations from four percent to two percent, with Senate amendments, be taken from the Speakers table, and that certain Senate amendments be disagreed to, and other Senate amendments be agreed to with an amendment.
