Resolution to provide that Members of the House of Representatives shall include information relating to the salaries of their employees in newsletters mailed by such Members.

Requires any Member of the House of Representatives who uses any official mailing allowance for the mailing of congressional newsletters to include in at least one such newsletter during each term the names, positions, and rates of compensation of all such Member's permanent staff.
