A bill to authorize an appropriation to reimburse certain expenditures for social services provided by the States prior to October 1, 1975, under titles I, IV, VI, X, XIV, and XVI of the Social Security Act.

Authorizes a $543,000,000 appropriation in fiscal year 1979 for reimbursing States for expenditures made with respect to services provided by such States under specified titles of the Social Security Act.

Sets forth procedures and time limitations for making claims for reimbursement and maximums amounts which a State may receive for providing services under the Social Security Act.
