A bill to amend title XVIII and title XIX of the Social Security Act to include community mental health centers among the entities which may be qualified providers of services for medicare purposes, to require each State having an approved medicaid plan to provide community mental health center services under such plan.

Amends Title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to include community mental health centers among the facilities which may be qualified providers of services under such title.

Amends Title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act to require States having approved plans under such program to provide community mental health center services.
