A concurrent resolution declaring the sense of Congress regarding periods of silence in the public schools.

Declares the sense of Congress that the Constitution of the United States does not preclude periods of silence (for private prayer, meditation, contemplation, or introspection) in the public schools to be used at the discretion of individual students.
