A concurrent resolution to encourage the conclusion of a Convention for the Establishment of a South Pacific Regional Fisheries Organization to which the United States would become a party.

Encourages the executive branch to conclude a Convention for the Establishment of a South Pacific Regional Fisheries Organization, by whatever diplomatic means are necessary, including the involvement of the highest levels of the United States Government.
