A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress that the 1980 Summer Olympic games should be moved from the Soviet Union, that the United States should withdraw from competition in the 1980 Summer Olympic games if they are not moved from the Soviet Union, and that the International Olympic Committee should select permanent sites for the Summer and Winter Olympic games in order to avoid the possible use of those games for political purposes by host nations.
