Directs the printing, as a House document, of the brochure entitled "How Our Laws Are Made". Specifies that 246,000 additional copies shall be printed, of which 25,000 shall be for the use of the Committee on the Judiciary and the balance pro rated to the Members of the House of Representatives. Prescribes an additional printing of 52,000 copies of such document for use by the Senate.
