Requests the President to issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States to set aside a period of time at noon each day to be used for silent prayer, group prayer, the tolling of church bells, the sounding of sirens, and other community expressions of support for the Americans held hostage in the U.S. Embassy in Tehran, until the hostages are released.
