Directs the President to utilize the forum of the Venice Economic Summit to urge the development of an International Code of Business Conduct.
Expresses the sense of Congress that the President should negotiate and report to Congress concerning agreements to establish standards of ethical and equitable conduct of international business and mechanisms to resolve problems. Requires the Joint Economic Committee to report to Congress concerning its recommendations regarding such negotiations.
