Constitutional Amendment - Prohibits compelling a student, on account of race, color, or national origin, to attend a public school other than the one nearest his residence which is located within the school district in which the student resides and which provides the course of study pursued by such student.
Grants Congress the power to enforce by appropriate legislation the provisions of this amendment.
