Authorizes the Secretary of the Army, through the Chief of Engineers, to acquire lands, easements, rights-of-way, and complete relocations associated with certain canyons at Wenatchee, Washington. Requires local interests to contract to reimburse the United States for the total costs of such acquisitions and relocations in 50 equal annual installments.
