A bill to amend Title 5, United States Code, to permit present and former civilian employees of the U.S. Government to receive civil service annuity credit for retirement purposes for all their periods of service to the United States (Federal Government, Uniformed Services and District of Columbia Government) including such service which was covered by social security, regardless of eligibility for social security benefits.

Authorizes the inclusion of military service performed by an individual after December, 1956 in the aggregate period of service on which a civil service annuity is based.

Stipulates that this Act applies only to individuals becoming eligible for such annuity after the date of enactment. Directs the Civil Service Commission, upon request, to recompute the annuity of an individual receiving such annuity before the date of enactment.
