H.R. 1350 — A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide that the periodic adjustments made in the inpatient hospital deductible shall hereafter reflect increases in social security cash benefits rather than increases in the cost of inpatient hospital services.

Directs the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to determine and promulgate each year the inpatient hospital deductible applicable under the hospital insurance for the aged and disabled provisions of title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act.

Promulgates a formula for the determination of such deductible.

Requires such deductible to be increased by a percentage equal to one-half of the average percentage of any general or cost-of-living increases in the social security cash benefits for the year.
