Declares that a specified National Service Life Insurance policy certificate issued to a named individual shall be considered valid on and after the date of death of such individual, for purposes of determining the entitlement of another named individual to benefits under such policy.
Directs the payment of such benefits, with specified interest, to such individual in a lump sum.
