Amends titles XVIII (Medicare) and XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act to include as "medical and other health services" for which coverage will be provided under Medicare, and as "medical assistance" for which coverage will be provided under Medicaid, that medical or other remedial care furnished by licensed registered nurses which is within the scope of their practices as defined by State law.
