A bill to require the Secretary of the Army to complete the studies initiated with respect to certain proposed water resources development projects and, under certain circumstances, to carry out such projects.

Directs the Secretary of the Army, through the Chief of Engineers, to complete the following studies for flood control projects for: (1) North Helena, Arizona; (2) Bols Creek, Arizona; (3) Weld County, Colorado; (4) Naperville, Illinois; (5) Caty Marsh Ditch, Indiana; (6) Hutchinson River, New York; (7) Shipley Run, Pennsylvania; and (8) Sellers Branch, South Carolina. Directs the Secretary, through the Chief of Engineers, to carry out those projects which are recommended.
